This is a way through which the cartridge clip has been able to include advertisements that are of relevance to specific geographical areas. Using universal advertisement will limit the magazine to only advertising products that consumed globally in all the areas where their products are produced. This would have limited the effectiveness of the magazine as a medium of advertisement and a source of product instruction for their readers (Matthes, Schemer&Wirth, 2007). Therefore, having specific adverts for specific geographical locations is a way through which the advertisement can be more meaningful and powerful in dictate to serve the purpose for both the publisher and the companies that use the magazine for advertisement.
